Dedisales provision of service to Subscriber, and Subscriber’s acceptance and use of said service, constitute Subscriber’s acceptance of, and agreement to, this TOS Agreement as well as Subscriber’s acceptance of, and agreement to, Dedisales Acceptable Use Policy which is herewith made a part of this TOS Agreement. This TOS Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, and supersedes any prior agreements between the parties.

 

 

Canceling of a server at dedisales does not require notice of any kind.If you do not wish to keep your server for a following month then you simply do not pay the invoice sent to you.Servers will be shut of 24 hours after due payment date unless you the client contacts dedisales regarding more payment time.

 

 

Prices are in GBP currency and should be paid in GBP.If paid via paypal then paypal will automatically convert the amount.Dedisales does not control current exchange rates and therefore exchange rates can vary daily. Payment methods accepted are paypal,moneybookers.google checkout and western union.If paying via western union then the payment must be paid for 3 months at a time.

 

 

Dedisales does reserve the right to terminate the clients server at any time if any complaints are received from ovh itself regarding copyright laws. Most of the time ovh will warn the client to remove any copyright material from the server if complaints are received from other parties. It is very rare they will just shutdown the server.
